Refund and Returns Policy

The refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase and/or the order delivery date according to tracking information, unfortunately refunds, returns, or exchanges will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon receiving the package and reach out immediately if the item is the wrong item, defective, or damaged.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

To start the return process, please contact [email protected] and provide pictures describing the defect and/or damage. If your return is accepted, instructions will be sent on how and where to send your package. Packages that are sent back without first requesting a return via the method mentioned above will not be accepted.

Shipping costs are non-refundable and you are responsible for paying the shipping cost of returning a package. Should you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. These include:

  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants
  • Personal care goods such as beauty products
  • Hazardous materials, liquid, or gases
  • Digital downloads
  • Items on sale/clearance items
  • Custom or personalised items

After a refund request has been made, please be reminded that it can take some time for your payment provider to process the refund. Your patience and understanding during this time will be very much appreciated.

Order Cancellation

Provided your order has not been shipped, you may cancel your order for any reason and receive a refund, minus any fees incurred for the initial transaction. Once delivery has been fulfilled, terms of the Refund Policy will then take effect.


Exchanges are only allowed if the order contains defective or damaged items. Items that have been purchased under the “Clearance” category are not eligible for exchange. Please contact [email protected] if you would like to exchange an item.

Should the item go out of stock or for any reason is not available at that moment, you will be informed of other alternatives.


Depending on where you live, the time it takes for a package to reach you may vary. For international customers, it may sometimes take up to 3 months for your package to arrive. For further details on shipping, please refer to the shipping policy page. Unfortunately there cannot be a 100% guarantee that your exchanged item(s) will reach you.
