Orders are processed as soon as possible, typically within 5 working days excluding the day the order was placed, weekends, and public holidays. During busy periods such as festive seasons or other holidays, orders may take slightly longer to process.
Domestic
Orders will include tracking. Different couriers may be engaged from time to time depending on availability and accessibility.
All purchases above RM120 will enjoy free shipping within West Malaysia or above RM180 for East Malaysia.
Estimated Delivery: Approximately 2-7 working days for West Malaysia and 4-20 working days for East Malaysia

International
By default, orders are shipped with tracking from Selangor, Malaysia via our national postal service, Pos Malaysia. This is the most affordable, but slower way of getting your order as compared to private international couriers. To get updates on your order, you may track your parcel at https://www.pos.com.my/ with the tracking number provided after your order has been processed.
Estimated Delivery: Approximately 14-25 working days
Premium services such as DHL or FedEx are available upon request, however for lower value orders it is strongly recommended to opt for Pos Malaysia’s standard shipping method to keep costs affordable for you. Please note that international deliveries may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches its specified destination. The Artsy Whim cannot control, and is not liable for customs clearance and service fees as determined by the mail carrier or the destination country’s customs officials, and those fees are not a basis for refunds. By making a purchase the customer acknowledges the possibility of additional fees upon import, and agrees that those fees will be your sole responsibility. For further information on customs duties and taxes, please refer to your local customs office or website.
From time to time, international shipping prices may fluctuate depending on various factors such as global fuel prices and/or currency exchange rates. These fluctuations may temporarily or permanently affect shipping prices, and adjustments will be made accordingly based on the actual current rate that Pos Malaysia has implemented.

Note About P.O. Boxes
Deliveries to P.O. Boxes are not encouraged as the package may be delayed unnecessarily or marked as undeliverable. The risks of delivering to a P.O. Box will be borne by the customer, including but not limited to additional charges for address correction or rerouting.
Undelivered, Lost or Stolen Packages
Kindly ensure that your shipping details are correct upon placing an order. At times details can still be amended provided the order has not been shipped, however once the package has been posted, The Artsy Whim is not liable for any stolen, lost, or returned packages due to incomplete or incorrect information. In the event that a package does get returned, unfortunately no refund will be provided and any cost of reshipping will be borne by the customer.
