Depending on the packing method used, mouse pads may be rolled up for the delivery process and may contain temporary creases upon opening the package. If this is the case, please place the mouse pad on a flat surface and smooth it out either manually by using your hands, or by placing a heavy, flat object (such as a thick book) on top.
